Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for all products that are in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@boatcation.eu with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees or any taxes or duties paid on international orders.

 

Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you would like instead.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage/defect. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to proceed. We will replace the item if possible, or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.

Shipping Options:

We currently offer Standard Shipping and Express Shipping for domestic orders within Europe. Standard Shipping typically takes 5-7 business days to arrive, while Express Shipping takes 2-3 business days. We also offer International Shipping to select countries, which takes 10-14 business days.

 

Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. During peak periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be longer. We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

 

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free Standard Shipping on domestic orders over 100,- Euros. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Shipping Address:

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Delivery Issues:

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so that we can file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for orders that are lost or damaged after they have been delivered.
